At Gofanwear.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with eligible returns.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping Fee

  • Customers are responsible for a flat $4.99 CAD return shipping fee.

  • Gofanwear will cover any remaining return shipping costs.

  • The $4.99 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account after processing.

  • Only the item price and applicable taxes paid on the item will be refunded.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as the shipping service has already been provided.

  • The $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example

If you purchased an item for $50.00 plus tax and paid $9.99 for shipping:

  • Refundable amount: Item price + tax

  • Non-refundable amount: Original shipping charge ($9.99)

  • Deduction: Return shipping fee ($4.99)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Worn or used items

  • Washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original tags (where applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
